The studio/apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from Torremolinos railway station, ideal for someone arriving by train from the airport, working in Torremolinos or commuting into Malaga or along the coast.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a modern low level development, the building having only two floors, and served by a lift. On the ground floor is a commercial unit, currently an internet tuition school.
The flat does not currently have an allocated car parking space, although there is the option to purchase (two floors of underground parking beneath the block, with many still available) from the developer -this would have to be negotiated directly with the developer.
